In 1986, American Home Title Group opened its doors and began offering title services to clients throughout the State of Maryland. Our goal was to provide excellent service at reasonable costs, and to make sure our clients were satisfied with the services we provided.

More than 25 years later, we are still in business with the same ownership, management, and key employees. This is a rare occurrence in the title business, and it is one of our main strengths. Our employees work well together, and their experience and knowledge directly benefit every one of our clients.

At American Home Title Group, we work closely with our clients and communicate on a regular basis. This ensures that everyone involved with the closing and settlement process knows what is going on, and what to expect at settlement.

In addition to providing Title services, we can assist with Escrow services, Deed Preparation, and For Sale by Owner transactions who have decided to do a for sale by owner. American Home Title Group can also provide real estate attorney services to our clients.

Whatever service we provide, our goal is to make sure the client has the best experience possible. Many of our clients return to us when they purchase a new home or refinance, because they remember the service they received, and the employees who helped them.

While we are located in Ellicott City, Maryland, we provide title services for clients throughout the state. This also includes Howard, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Frederick and Montgomery counties, along with Baltimore City.
